Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to provide independent assurance and advisory services. The role focuses on risk analysis, control effectiveness, and governance processes across the organization with a hybrid work schedule allowing 4 days in the office.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and professional certifications such as CPA/CIA/CISA/CRMA and 3–5 years of audit experience, preferably in the P&C insurance sector. Base pay ranges from $95k to $130k with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• CPA, CIA, CISA or CRMA is preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of audit experience.
• Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based audits including analyses of risk management and operations.
• Examine records and documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare and present audit reports describing findings, root causes and remediation.
• Maintain relationships with business units and management to enhance the audit process.
• Track remediation and monitor performance to meet audit initiatives.
• Stay updated on IPPF guidance and industry best practices.
