Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Auditor to join our team within our dynamic and forward-thinking Finance organization. This role involves conducting and supervising IT audits and other special projects. The ideal candidate will have strong IT audit experience and an in-depth understanding of IT systems, networks, databases, applications, and related risks. You will collaborate with Internal Audit leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and process improvements for our stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Participate in risk assessment and develop the IT audit plan.
• Plan and scope IT audit projects based on risk assessment.
• Conduct and supervise IT audits, perform procedures to assess risks, identify improvements, verify controls, and conclude on audit objectives.
• Coordinate with third-party partners for audit project delivery.
• Share audit observations with stakeholders and leadership.
• Create clear, concise audit reports with root cause analysis and practical solutions.
• Monitor remediation of audit observations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to stay informed of organizational developments and ensure effective implementation of action items.
• Assist in preparing and delivering internal audit updates to leadership.
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal audit standards and practices.

What we expect of you:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in audit, information systems, or related fields.
• Knowledge of internal audit principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience in risk identification, control assessment, audit testing, and reporting.
• Familiarity with IT control frameworks like NIST, COBIT, CIS, and regulations such as SOX, GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA.
• Understanding of SDLC, operating systems, databases, cloud platforms, and network architecture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience with ability to prioritize and adapt.
• Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Professional certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC are a plus.
• Experience in public accounting, Big 4, or regional audit firms is a plus.

Pay range: $88,000 - $122,400, depending on experience and skills.

Annual bonus target of 5%, subject to plan terms.
