Northern Trust in Chicago seeks a Senior IT Auditor to lead audit projects across technology, cybersecurity, governance and operations. You will guide audit teams, scope engagements, and communicate results to management.

The role requires 4–5 years of IT audit or technology risk experience, strong knowledge of internal controls and IT processes, and professional certifications such as CISA or CISSP are preferred.

• Minimum of 4-5 years of IT audit, technology risk, or related systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies, technology and cybersecurity risks, internal controls, and applicable standards.
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, data, cloud technologies, and governance.

• Plan and lead IT audit engagements across technology, cybersecurity, governance, and operational areas.
• Identify and assess technology risks and related internal controls.
• Establish audit scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements based on risk.
