Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• Knowledge of COSO internal controls.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analytics tools.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial services or public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Identify key risk areas and propose appropriate controls.
• Perform walkthroughs of processes and audit testing.
• Design audit procedures and work programs using process flows and data analytics.
• Assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Discuss findings and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare audit issues and reports per plan.
• Monitor timely implementation of management actions.
• Develop continuous auditing techniques and improve processes.
• Assist in ad-hoc investigations and reviews.
• Mentor and coach staff auditors.
