Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Senior Internal IT Auditor to lead and execute audit engagements across technology and cybersecurity domains. You will act as a subject matter resource and ensure high-quality audit delivery, applying risk assessment, controls testing, and reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires in-office collaboration under our hybrid model, with in-person days two per week and flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of auditing experience.
• Familiarity with COBIT, NIST, ISO, or HIPAA frameworks.
• Experience with AI governance, AI risk management, and model risk.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security controls.
