About The Role & Team

We are seeking a Senior IT Auditor to join our Group Internal Audit team. Reporting to the Director of Internal Controls and Audits, this role will play a critical part in strengthening Webull’s technology control environment and supporting the continued growth of our global platform.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on IT audit professional with strong internal controls expertise, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset when partnering with technology, development, and external audit teams.

In This Role, You Will

Partner with Information Technology and Development teams to assess the design and operating effectiveness of key IT controls, including logical access, change management, and computer operations.
Provide internal controls guidance for new system and application developments, enhancements, and implementations.
Serve as a key liaison between external auditors and internal IT stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication.
Perform walkthroughs, risk assessments, and operating effectiveness testing of key IT general controls.
Track, monitor, and support remediation efforts for identified control deficiencies.
Conduct independent internal audits within the technology and systems environment.
Support broader internal controls and internal audit initiatives as needed.

The Skills You Bring

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (required).
Three or more years of experience in IT auditing or IT advisory roles.
Big Four or comparable public accounting, IT advisory, or internal audit experience.
Strong understanding of IT general controls and internal control frameworks.
Ability to work independently on‑site while building effective working relationships with remote business partners.
Working knowledge of development and collaboration tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, and SQL (strongly preferred).
Familiarity with cloud environments, including Oracle Cloud and AWS (preferred).
Experience within broker‑dealer or financial services environments is a plus, but not required.
CISA certification, or actively pursuing certification.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
