Job summary

MiniMed seeks an IT Audit Executive to lead complex IT audit programs across the organization, ensuring SOX controls are robust and updated. You will design audit plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and report findings to senior management and the audit committee.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and stay abreast of evolving regulations and industry standards to protect critical healthcare data and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, information security, information systems, or accounting.
• Certified CPA, CISA, CIPT, CIA, or CISSP.
• 7+ years IT audit experience and 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years IT audit and 5+ years managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audits and reviews across the organization.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Perform IT SOX scoping and testing with external auditor.
• Develop and mentor audit team; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and industry standards.
