Landmark Credit Union is seeking an Internal Audit IT Manager to lead technology risk assessments, plan IT audits, and supervise augmentation staff or IT audit consultants to ensure systems are secure and compliant. This leadership role supports Landmark's strategic goals by applying a disciplined approach to risk management, controls, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, MIS, finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Seven+ years of IT auditing or public accounting experience; financial services preferred.
• CISA, CIA, CPA or similar credentials; other designations considered.
• Knowledge of COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001; databases, networks, cloud platforms.
• Strong written/verbal communication; problem solving; ability to work independently.
• Experience with data analysis tools and GRC/audit software; proficient MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Internal Audit department oversight and resources.
• Lead development and execution of the annual IT risk-based audit plan.
• Manage audit engagements from planning to final reporting.
• Ensure adherence to professional audit standards and benchmarking.
• Present findings to executive management, Audit Committee, and Board as assigned.
• Build relationships with business leaders and second-line functions.
• Supervise staff and outsourced resources; train and develop team.
• Maintain effective relationships with regulators and external auditors.
