Aspire General Insurance is seeking a Senior Lead IT Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. This role offers high visibility with executive leadership and IT management, and involves leading complex ITGC, SOX, and MAR testing across major systems.

The ideal candidate brings deep IT audit expertise, hands-on experience with ERP implementations, and a proven ability to mentor junior staff in a collaborative, hybrid-work environment in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive IT Audit/Technology Risk or related assurance experience.
• Active CISA certification required.
• Experience leading ITGC audits and ERP/financial system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, MAR, COSO and risk-based auditing.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOX and MAR IT General Controls audits including logical access, change management, and access reviews.
• Conduct IT risk assessments and scope determination for regulatory audits.
• Oversee audits of major system implementations and evaluate governance, project risks, and remediation.
• Develop and maintain IT risk matrices, audit programs, and testing procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and mentor IA team members.
