OpenLoop Health is seeking a Senior IT Audit Manager to lead the IT controls audit program across cloud, EHR/EMR, and third-party SaaS in a regulated telehealth environment. You will design risk-based audits, validate ITGC, cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI governance controls.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will guide remediation efforts, collaborate with IT and business leadership, and ensure compliant, secure systems across AWS/Azure/GCP environments in multiple entities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent and active CISA designation.
• 7+ years IT audit experience in risk advisory or internal audit IT specialization.
• Hands-on ITGC testing across access management, change management, computer operations, and SDLC.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT, COSO, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 and ISACA IT audit standards.
• Experience auditing cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure controls (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end IT audit engagements from planning through closure.
• Design and execute IT control testing procedures including ITGC across key domains.
• Assess and validate cybersecurity controls and cloud infrastructure security.
• Evaluate EHR/EMR and data privacy controls for HIPAA/CCPA compliance.
• Collaborate with management to remediate gaps and drive corrective actions.
