Encova Insurance has an opening for a Senior IT Asset Management Administrator based in either our Columbus, Ohio or Charleston, West Virginia office. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, and candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of one of these office locations to accommodate required in‑office time.
The Senior IT Asset Management Administrator serves as a subject‑matter expert and operational leader for Encova's IT Asset Management (ITAM) program. This role provides advanced administration, governance, and optimization of Encova's ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules. The Senior Administrator ensures asset data accuracy, drives lifecycle efficiency, strengthens compliance, and leads cross‑functional coordination with Procurement, Finance, Security, End User Computing, and application asset owners. This position is responsible for maturing Encova's ITAM processes, improving automation, enhancing reporting, and guiding stakeholders through best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in ServiceNow ITAM, proven experience improving asset lifecycle operations, and the ability to influence process adoption across teams.
