• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• 15+ years IT experience including 3–5+ years showing success as technical lead in concurrent projects.
• Significant depth of expertise and track record of accomplishments in multiple IT technology areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement software development and integration strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain architecture and solution blueprints for applications, APIs, integrations, middleware, SAP extensions, and cloud solutions.
• Lead software development and integration projects from architecture through delivery, including planning and oversight.
• Provide architectural guidance to internal developers, MSPs, and vendors.
• Oversee middleware management to ensure seamless system communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Lead MSP providers to ensure delivery within scope, timelines, and quality.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure quality and security.
• Identify and resolve integration issues, maintaining business continuity.
• Maintain documentation of processes, architecture, and configurations.
• Stay updated with integration technologies and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies.
