Job summary

FORTH (Set Forth, LLC) is seeking a Senior IT Administrator to architect, optimize, and secure the corporate network and IT SaaS stack. You will drive IT strategy, ensure operational readiness, and lead technical initiatives beyond daily ticket work.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT, deep knowledge of directory services and SSO, and hands-on experience with Google Workspace and enterprise security policies. Two in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT administration and infrastructure management.
• Experience with enterprise directory services (JumpCloud, AD/Entra ID, Okta, etc.).
• Expertise in SSO technologies (JumpCloud, Entra ID, Okta, Duo, etc.).
• Proficiency with MacOS/Windows OS management and automated maintenance.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, purchase, install, and support enterprise network communications and services.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for complex problems and diverse equipment.
• Forecast performance and capacity needs for current networks.
• Lead root-cause analysis for severe network incidents and remediation.
• Mentor junior IT staff and oversee daily system performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement processes.
• Document architecture and actions using Jira; collaborate across teams.
