• Successfully completed studies in (technical/business) computer science, mathematics, business administration or apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development.
• Good knowledge of programming languages: Java and C++.
• Very good knowledge of German.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for the applications used by customers.
• Resolving incidents and service requests in third-level support.
• Supporting service managers in operational and maintenance concepts.
