Job summary
Pulmovant, a Roivant-backed clinical-stage biotech, seeks a Senior Manager, IT Applications to own the enterprise app portfolio, including validated GxP/clinical systems and core enterprise IT tools. You will partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and HR to align requirements with system solutions and drive governance, validation, and documentation.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering GxP/validated systems in life sciences.
- Experience managing enterprise IT apps (ITSM, M365).
- Working knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and CSV practices.
- Vendor management, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Experience leading AI or ML initiatives with model validation and governance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise application portfolio including validated systems.
- Ensure uptime, performance, config, and issue resolution.
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, CSV activities.
- Maintain governance, access, data integrity, and docs (SOPs).
- Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and HR to road-map apps.
- Mentor a team of analysts/administrators; manage vendors.
- Drive process improvements and project delivery.
