• Analyze intricate IT systems, identifying areas for improvement and innovation

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT analysis, particularly with PLM systems and ETO (Engineer to Order) Systems like Rulestream
• 5+ years of experience delivering digital process improvement, business stakeholder management
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and matrix organizations to implement IT solutions that meet business objectives
• 5+ years of experience managing large complex engineering transformation projects from requirements to execution to adoption
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant experience in PLM systems and project management
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to dig deeper into challenging solutions and provide value‑driven solutions that have direct impact on business outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Passion for staying updated with emerging IT trends and technologies
• Worked with business stakeholders managing requirements and working with corporate team to drive business and technology transformation
