What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily triaging and resolution of ServiceNow tickets related to Image Management Systems
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom system software and hardware systems
- Maintain and support multiple systems or complex software applications across various sites
- Produce and maintain documentation such as system requirements and designs
- Provide technical and project leadership, ensuring collaboration across departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in IT, including one (1) year of demonstrated technical experience, or an Associate's degree with seven (7) years' experience
- Significant experience in systems analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in healthcare technology and managing custom and vendor-supplied applications
- Strong communication, meeting management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative on tasks and projects
