Job summary
Kentro is seeking a Senior Information Technology Analyst to support NGA Vertex IT Services. This on-site role in Springfield, VA requires deep Archibus IWMS expertise, strong project management, and a background in enterprise IT systems.
You will implement and optimize IT solutions, coordinate with vendors, and ensure security and data integrity. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with TS/SCI with CI Poly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of related field experience or work experience.
- Proven IT analyst/consultant experience with enterprise software systems.
- Project management experience and SDLC knowledge (Agile/Kanban).
- Strong database principles, security, and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Archibus System Integrator certification or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, DBMS, and web tech (JavaScript/HTML/XML/SQL).
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Archibus IWMS support, design DBs, train users.
- Lead projects, coordinate developers, and ensure delivery.
- Gather user feedback and analyze performance trends.
- Implement functional, cost-efficient IT systems.
- Oversee Archibus upgrades, security patches, and integrations.
- Deliver technical training and end-user support.
