Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support customer activities. You will contribute to a premier cyber security services platform, ensuring timely, accurate, and secure handling of information across multiple fabrics and centers.

As an ISSO, you will help lead risk management and security policy implementation, coordinate with teams, and write security plans and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST standards, and security documentation.
• Experience writing technical analysis reports and security plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide information assurance support to systems and programs.
• Coordinate and implement cyber security policies, standards, and processes.
• Maintain security posture using RMF and ensure procedures are followed.
• Evaluate security solutions for processing classified information.
• Prepare System Security Plans and A&A packages and related docs.
• Support risk management review boards and vulnerability assessments.
