Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to lead security programs within the Boeing Intelligence & Analytics group. This role requires current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, deep RMF/ATO experience, and the ability to coordinate across engineers, admins, and testers to ensure security controls are built in.

You will develop SSPs/POA&Ms, drive IATT/ATO efforts, and apply Zero Trust principles to cloud-native DPaaS environments, ensuring secure data

Qualifications

• 18 years of experience in software or systems engineering or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience; master’s for 6 years.
• Active TS/SCI with an active Polygraph.
• Proficiency with RMF processes and IATT/ATO.
• Proficiency with Splunk and security artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical security assessments and contribute to security systems.
• Ensure system security compliance, manage risks, and support certification activities.
• Collaborate with application leads, sysadmins, DBAs, developers, and testers to maintain ATO.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, and other security documentation.
