Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support Hanscom AFB. This full-time role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining an IA program in line with Air Force guidance and DoD directives.

You will supervise IA activities, ensure proper user clearances, and conduct mandatory IA training annually while maintaining C&A documentation for networked systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of information security experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Security+ CE certification.
• Strong knowledge of Air Force, DoD and federal cybersecurity directives.
• Must be a US citizen with TS/SCI clearance.
• EOE/MS/Disabled information included in policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and maintain IA programs and procedures.
• Supervise the customer organization’s IA program.
• Enforce Air Force IA policies and procedures.
• Ensure all users have appropriate security clearances and access roles.
• Provide IA refresher training annually.
• Develop and maintain C&A documentation for networked systems.
