Job summary

General Dynamics IT seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support customer activities at the McLean, VA site. You will ensure information security across multiple fabrics and centers, coordinating RMF-based risk management and security documentation.

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of related experience, a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, and strong knowledge of AWS cloud security and NIST RMF requirements. On-site work and ongoing professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience; US Citizenship required
• Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud security
• Understanding of NIST 800-53, NIST 800-37, RMF, ICD 503
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide information assurance support to systems and programs.
• Coordinate and implement cyber security policies, standards and processes.
• Maintain security posture through RMF and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Prepare and review documents such as SSPs, C&A packages and architecture diagrams.
• Support risk management reviews and incident response planning.
