Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. ISSO-TS/SCI FS Poly to plan, manage, and support A&A activities per ICD 503, NIST, CNSSI. This onsite role is in Morrisville, NC with travel as needed.

The candidate will lead security documentation, coordinate with government reps, and ensure compliance across diverse environments including cloud and networks. A TS/SCI with Poly is required, along with extensive RMF and STIG experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, or 5+ years of relevant ISSO experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of ICD 503, NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSO, partnering with ISSM to ensure compliance across classified systems.
• Lead A&A activities per ICD 503, NIST, CNSSI, RMF.
• Define security requirements with program managers and tech teams.
• Maintain SSPs, security assessments, and authorization packages.
• Monitor security controls across Windows, Linux, Unix, cloud, and network environments.
• Maintain CONMON activities, audits, vulnerability scans, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with government security reps, auditors, and stakeholders during authorizations.
