Job summary

Kroll is seeking a highly experienced Senior ISSO-S to lead cybersecurity policy development, implementation, and oversight for complex, classified systems at Fort Meade. You will ensure compliance with federal standards and manage risk across the system lifecycle.

Collaborate with ISSMs, ISSEs, PMs, and AOs, provide security guidance, and drive continuous improvement. A Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-53, RMF, FISMA, JSIG, DAAPM, and other frameworks.
• Lead efforts to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO).
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans using ACAS, SCAP, and STIGs.
• Manage POA&Ms and ensure timely mitigation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Oversee configuration management and change control processes.
• Integrate security requirements into the SDLC and maintain SSPs and authorization docs.
• Register and manage systems in eMASS or equivalent platforms.
• Coordinate incident response and monitor for anomalies.
• Collaborate with ISSMs, ISSEs, PMs, and AOs; provide user security training.
