Job summary

ShorePoint, LLC is hiring a Senior ISSO to lead RMF activities across enterprise systems in a federal environment. You will own system security plan development, risk assessments, and authorization artifacts, coordinating with government stakeholders and technical teams.

Requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong expertise in continuous monitoring, POA&M lifecycle, and security documentation. Onsite in Albuquerque, NM with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as ISSO or RMF lead in federal environment.
• Familiarity with ATO processes and continuous monitoring.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with government stakeholders and technical staff.
• Understanding of controls, risk management, and compliance.
• Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of system security plans and risk assessments.
• Drive continuous monitoring and validation of controls across complex environments.
• Develop POA&Ms and direct remediation activities with stakeholders to ensure timely deficiency resolution.
• Execute system self-assessments and collect compliance evidence for authorization reviews.
• Manage enterprise asset, vulnerability, and compliance data in governance tools.
• Ensure documentation meets federal and organizational requirements.
