Odyssey Systems is seeking a Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support AFLCMC/C3BM at Hill AFB, Ogden UT. You will partner with the ISSM to ensure DoD/Air Force cybersecurity compliance, RMF alignment, and secure handling of sensitive data across networks.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, accreditation support, vulnerability management, and maintaining artifacts. Strong collaboration across technical and leadership teams is required; U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret Clearance required and maintained.
• IAT Level II certifications (Security+, GSEC, CCNA-Security, CISSP).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with substantial DoD experience; 12+ years preferred, eight in DoD.

Responsabilités

• Support RMF authorization and accreditation activities, including documentation and artifact management.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity programs, policies, and procedures to meet DoD/Air Force requirements.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, identify gaps, and recommend mitigations.
• Assist ISSM with security evaluations, audits, and incident response actions.
• Maintain secure system design practices and RMF integration from the outset.
• Monitor security posture and enforce configuration management (STIGs/SRGs).
