Job summary

Dark Wolf is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to lead a collaborative cyber team in developing and maintaining A&A packages such as SSPs, SCTMs, and POA&Ms. The role supports RMF planning, execution, and monitoring for customers from Chantilly, VA with hybrid flexibility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cyber, RMF/ISSO experience, hands-on eMASS or Xacta, and NIST 800-53 Rev5 knowledge. US citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cyber team and delivering A&A artifacts.
• Ability to translate security controls into NIST SP 800-53 narratives.
• Hands-on experience with RMF lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain A&A packages including SSPs, SCTMs, POA&Ms.
• Manage data in information system security systems of record (eMASS/Xacta).
• Drive cybersecurity activities across system life cycle with proper hardening.
• Brief ISSMs/SCAs/AOs on cyber posture and remediation progress.
• Coordinate continuous monitoring, audits, and vulnerability response.
