Job summary

Accelera Solutions is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support RMF activities, maintain ATOs, and coordinate security across applications, cloud, and enterprise services. You will develop security documentation, review assessments, and ensure compliance with DoD/IC requirements.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, on-site work in Charleston, SC or DC metro, and collaboration with engineers and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with RMF activities and ATO processes.
• Ability to develop authorization packages and security documentation.
• Proven track record in risk assessment and remediation coordination.
• Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF activities to obtain and maintain ATOs for systems.
• Prepare SSPs, control implementations, and boundary descriptions.
• Coordinate with owners, ISSMs, assessors, and engineers to remediate findings.
• Maintain POA&Ms and track remediation progress across classifications.
• Review ACAS/DC security reports and prioritize fixes with teams.
• Integrate security requirements into development and deployment workflows.
• Brief government stakeholders on progress and risks.
