Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners seeks an Information System Security Officer to support programs with implementing security policies, RMF processes, and documentation. You will oversee security postures, assist in C&A activities, and coordinate with senior ISSOs and customers on security matters.

The role requires DoD 8570 IAM Level I or higher, 15 years ISSO experience, a CS degree, and active clearance. Expect on-site work in a security-conscious environment with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of ISSO experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Specialised experience across security tools, hardware/software security, communications protocols, and encryption techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support senior ISSOs in implementing and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Propose, coordinate, and implement IT security programs, policies, and methodologies.
• Assist with preparation, development, and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation (SSPs, SRTMs, C&A packages, Risk Assessments).
• Maintain operational cybersecurity posture for assigned systems, programs, or enclaves.
• Evaluate security solutions for compliance with security requirements for processing classified information.
