Job summary

OneZero Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Information System Security Officer (SME) Level III to lead RMF and authorization support for SFLC OT/Platform IT systems in the Baltimore area. This role requires formal ISSO ownership, strong policy development, and coordination with DHS, USCG, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.

The selected candidate will manage ATO processes, perform continuous monitoring, coordinate risk, and ensure compliance with DISA STIGs and government approvals.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of cybersecurity experience, including ISSO responsibility.
• Experience carrying systems to an ATO decision and sustaining authorization.
• Experience managing POA&M from identification through closure, including waivers/risk acceptance.
• Experience conducting Security Impact Assessments and participating in change control processes.
• Experience developing interconnection documents (ISAs, MOUs, SLAs) and contingency/disaster recovery documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated OT Security Officer (ISSO) for SFLC Operational Technology and lead RMF for those systems.
• Support the OT Security Manager and staff in maintaining policies protecting Government Sensitive But Unclassified information.
• Prepare and maintain RMF security documentation and ATO packages.
• Maintain RMF/authorization accounts and track status in government tools.
• Review and update security policies and guidelines for compliance across DHS/USCG/DoD.
