Job summary

ECS Federal LLC is seeking a TS-cleared Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support a Department of Justice program in Quantico, Virginia. The role focuses on OCIO FISMA audit readiness, gap identification, and driving corrective-action closure to maintain compliance.

You will lead security-authorization activities for FBI systems and portfolios, coordinate with system owners, ISSEs, CRMU, and other stakeholders, and drive continuous-monitoring actions, documentation, and

Qualifications

US citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.
Minimum 9 years of experience in information security roles.
Master's degree or approved security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, etc.).
At least 7 years as an ISSO or ISSE at a cleared facility; and related cybersecurity experience.

Responsibilities

Support OCIO FISMA audit readiness and compliance reviews by identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.
Lead security authorization support for FBI systems and portfolios with accountability for readiness and continuity.
Coordinate with system owners, ISSEs, CRMU, and stakeholders to close documentation gaps.
Provide senior technical and process leadership; mentor other ISSOs where appropriate.
