Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Cyber Intelligence in Palm Bay, FL to defend classified government networks as an ISSO.

You will support Assessment & Authorization, continuous monitoring, system hardening, configuration management, and security compliance under RMF, ICD 503, and NISPOM, while mentoring junior ISSOs. This senior role requires leading security initiatives, incident response, and collaboration with IT and site leadership to strengthen overall security posture on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years in lieu of degree.
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
Willingness to submit to a full scope polygraph investigation (current full scope polygraph preferred).

Responsibilities

Maintain Assessment & Authorization (A&A) documentation of assigned systems.
Perform security control assessments and execute Continuous Monitoring Plans.
Work with IT and system administration teams to develop device and system hardening guides following DISA and NIST guidelines.
Responsible for the tracking and resolution of POA&M.
Manage the incident response process for areas of responsibility.
Develop new concepts, standards, and training material to improve processes and systems.
Lead inventory and asset management discovery and tracking activities.
Collaborate with site leadership to improve security posture of systems and networks.
Mentor junior ISSOs in task execution.
Travel up to 10%.
