Job summary

iAdeptive Technologies is seeking a senior, hands-on ISSO/Cloud Security & DevSecOps Engineer to lead the security authorization for a FedRAMP High environment supporting a federal health agency. The role requires proven ISSO/ATO experience and ownership of the authorization package with accelerated timelines.

The position embeds security in the cloud team and CI/CD pipeline, with strong AWS and DevSecOps skills, guiding enterprise zero-trust and cybersecurity posture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on ISSO experience in a federal environment with ATO.
• Strong command of NIST 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP and FISMA.
• Experience managing POA&Ms, continuous monitoring, and audit-ready evidence.
• Experience building security into CI/CD pipelines and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSO for FedRAMP High, driving authorization and sustainment.
• Author SSPs, control narratives, and artifacts against NIST 800-53.
• Lead A&A activities and act as security POC for assessors.
• Embed security in AWS GovCloud and CI/CD pipelines.
