Job summary

E Logic seeks a Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to provide senior cybersecurity compliance, risk management, and authorization support for DFC. The role serves as the alternate Lead ISSO with responsibilities across RMF, vulnerability management, and audit support.

The contractor will work under the Government ISSM and COR, with a hybrid schedule requiring on-site presence at DFC HQ in Washington, DC, and CONUS remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in cybersecurity/IT.
• CISSP, CISM, CAP or equivalent recommended.
• Minimum 7 years cybersecurity experience, with 3+ years in ISSO/RMF support.
• Experience with FISMA Moderate, federal agencies, NIST SP 800-37 Rev. 2 & related SPs.
• US Citizenship and Tier 4 Public Trust eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as alternate to Lead ISSO; assume duties during absences.
• Maintain continuity of operations and lead ISSO activities across systems.
• Provide ISSO-level support for RMF, ConMon, vulnerability mgmt, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate incident response with DFC SOC/IR team and document RCA actions.
• Support security documentation (SSP, POA&M, ConMon Plan, IRP, CP, PTA, PIA, ROB).
