Job summary

System High Corporation seeks an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) II to advise on security of information systems within SAP, SCI, and collateral programs for DoD agencies. The role focuses on RMF and JSIG-based authorization, risk management, and security policy development across complex networks.

You will lead security assessments, coordinate with PSO, and ensure training and awareness among IAOs and cyber staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years) required.
• 3 - 6 years related experience preferred.
• Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility required.
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and enforcement of information system security programs for SAP/SCI environments.
• Advise DoD customers on RMF/JSIG authorization processes and risk management.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide written recommendations for authorization.
• Ensure proper training and certification for ISAOs, network admins, and cyber security staff.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system authorization and security controls.
