Job summary

Bridge Core is seeking a Cyber Security Systems Engineer (ISSE) in Herndon, VA to lead RMF and ICD-503 risk management activities, support A&A, and coordinate accreditation for sensitive government programs.

Ideal candidates bring 11+ years of experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and strong communication skills to bridge technical and security teams while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 11 years' experience in ISSE or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degrees preferred in relevant disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF and ICD-503 accreditation efforts for A&A programs.
• Navigate and manage the Authority to Operate (ATO) lifecycle.
• Gather artifacts to support control closures and POA&M updates.
• Communicate with ISSM, Security Controls Assessor, and Auditors to maintain accreditation.
