Job summary

Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. seeks a Senior Chicken Little Test Engineer to lead advanced ISR and PGM testing activities at Eglin AFB, FL. The role demands strong EW, RF/EO knowledge and robust test planning, analysis, and documentation skills for complex weapon system development cycles.

The position is full-time and onsite with up to 25% travel. A Master’s in a technical field and 10+ years of relevant experience are required, along with US citizenship and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Master's Degree in a technical discipline.
• 10 years of technical experience; more years may substitute for education.
• Extensive experience in electronic warfare (EW) operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering duties supporting test and evaluation of ISR systems and PGM seekers against foreign mobile targets for Project CHICKEN LITTLE.
• Apply engineering, physics, and mathematics principles during ISR and PGM test and evaluation activities.
• Assist in development of project documentation including requirements calls, directives, and PEM responses.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve issues of critical importance and support system requirements, performance measures, and test criteria.
• Support test readiness by identifying deficiencies, verifying compliance, and assessing configuration stability.
• Develop strategic test documents including TEMP, test strategies, and Modeling & Simulation Plans.
• Prepare, execute, review, and analyze test plans, procedures, metrics, and reports.
• Develop test documentation including test cards, procedures, and test directives.
