Qualifications

• Ten+ years in physics-based, discrete-event modeling for global ISR systems.
• 5+ years using IISYS and COSMOS simulators.
• 1+ year in military war game or theater campaign level modeling.
• 4+ years modeling ISR architecture and TCPED processes.
• 1+ year in project leadership in relevant programs.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, integration, and coordination of ISR for strategic and global operations.
• Lead data-driven analysis and modeling to inform ISR capability needs.
• Coordinate across teams to apply TCPED processes in complex scenarios.
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on simulations.
