Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior ISR IQT Training Specialist for Grand Forks AFB, ND to lead initial qualification training for ISR platforms and deliver high-impact briefings. You will prepare course materials, develop exercises, and keep curriculum current with tech updates, ensuring accuracy and mission readiness.

A TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor’s or Master’s with extensive experience are required. You will teach topics across ISR domains and support the Air Combat Command ISR mission in

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance and advanced ISR domain knowledge.
• Experience delivering formal IQT or similar instructor-led training.
• Ability to develop course materials and up-to-date curriculum.
• Strong understanding of Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead formal IQT training for ISR personnel across levels.
• Prepare materials, develop exercises, and update curriculum with tech changes.
• Deliver high-impact pre-mission briefings and academic testing.
• Teach ISR topics including platform fundamentals, SIGINT, GEOINT, and mission sets.
