Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior ISR IQT Training Specialist to join our high‑impact team at Grand Forks AFB, ND, supporting Air Combat Command’s ISR mission. You will lead formal IQT for personnel on platform- and weapon-system ISR operations, develop course materials, and deliver pre‑mission briefings and testing.

You’ll work with experienced instructors to keep curricula current with evolving tech and threats, ensuring mission success through rigorous training and assessment.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 14 years of experience or Master’s with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of RQ4 and other Air Force ISR platforms, systems, tools, and processes.
• Instructor experience.
• Thorough understanding of Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead formal initial qualification training (IQT) for ISR operations personnel at various command echelons.
• Prepare course materials and develop training exercises; update curricula with system/tool changes.
• Deliver high-impact pre-mission briefings and academic testing at close of training events.
• Teach ISR topics including platform fundamentals, SIGINT/GEOINT, and mission sets supported by ISR community.
• Contribute to program effectiveness and mission success through knowledge transfer.
