Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an ISR Operations Analyst SME to contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support mission outcomes for CIAV. You will provide senior level leadership for ISR-related tasks, develop analytical reports, and deliver briefings to inform decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Possess expert understanding of the joint intelligence cycle.
• Experience analyzing multi-source intelligence to assess threats, support mission planning, and support decision-making.
• Experienced in at least five ISR phases: Planning/Tasking, Collection Methods and Collection Management, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, Dissemination.
• Must possess skills to communicate effectively in written reports and verbal presentations.
• Must possess skills to interview operational and technical military, civilian, and contractor personnel to extract information.
• Must possess analytical skills to identify capabilities and limitations, assess operational impacts and provide focused recommendations.
• Possess expert knowledge of DoW and national intelligence organizations, authorities, and capabilities.
• Participate in special projects as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level leadership for planning, preparation, research, coordination, execution, and assessment of ISR-related tasks, providing analysis and expertise. Develop and deliver detailed analytical reports, procedural workflow visualization products, and briefings.
• Conduct testing activities as required.
• Report task progress to Senior Program Management Analyst and government lead, as directed.
• Conduct internal training aligned to subject matter expertise.
• Support sustainment efforts to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and productivity in all assigned tasks.
