Job summary

Amentum is seeking an ISIO (Senior) to provide integrated intelligence support to planning, targeting, and assessment within the Information Environment for Combatant Command operations. You will lead intelligence integration into OIE campaign assessment and coordinate across CCMDs.

The role emphasizes all-source intelligence fusion, development of MOP/MOE products, and briefing senior leadership to drive campaign adjustments. Top-Secret clearance and 8+ years in intelligence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Top-Secret clearance; SCI and polygraph eligible; US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in intelligence or related field.
• All-source intelligence operations experience in operational environments.
• Experience supporting OIE at CCMD or Joint level.
• Experience integrating intelligence into planning, targeting and assessment processes.
• Strong understanding of intel lifecycle, collection management, and analytic methodologies.
• Experience supporting non-kinetic targeting, network analysis, or information environment operations.
• Experience developing intelligence products that support campaign assessment (MOP/MOE).
• Experience coordinating intelligence requirements across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability translating intelligence into actionable insights for decision-makers and translating operational media activities into data inputs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead ISIO supporting intelligence integration into OIE campaign assessment and operational execution across CCMDs.
• Provide all-source intelligence support to Operations in the Information Environment for planning, execution, and assessment of non-kinetic activities.
• Develop, refine, and integrate intelligence products supporting MOP and MOE for campaign assessment.
• Support intelligence-driven targeting processes, including identifying adversary networks, vulnerabilities, and key nodes relevant to information environment operations.
• Integrate intelligence inputs into planning artifacts (CONOPs, OPLANs, annexes, assessment plans).
• Coordinate and manage intelligence requirements across Information Forces; align with objectives and priorities.
• Conduct intelligence fusion across SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT to generate actionable insights for planners.
• Support battle rhythm events and provide intelligence briefings to senior leadership.
• Assess intelligence reporting and outcomes to feedback improvements in information operations.
