Honeywell Aerospace Repair & Overhaul in Rocky Mount, NC seeks a Sr ISC Proj Mgmt Specialist to lead complex repair and overhaul projects for aircraft components. You will partner with world‑class technicians, engineers and Aero leaders to plan, execute and deliver on schedule while managing risk and cost.

This role requires solid project management knowledge, strong technical understanding, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with FAA Part 145 Repair Station and/or aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical expertise and understanding of project management principles.

You will partner with world class technicians, engineers and Aero leaders to plan and execute complex technical projects. You will support an interdisciplinary team to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction while staying on schedule meeting operational key objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. You will report directly to the North America R&O Mechanical multi‑site leader, and you’ll work out of our Rocky Mount North Carolina location. In this role, you will impact the success of our projects by ensuring timely delivery, managing project risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. As a Sr ISC Proj Mgmt Specialist here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and mitigate risks. Your coordination with stakeholders will enhance transparency and foster collaboration.

• Support supplier engagement, repair return to service support, working with supply chain, manufacturing engineering and suppliers to ensure hardware supports the program technical and schedule objectives.
• Coordinate with test teams to support investigative test yield.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and realize opportunities
• Interface with systems engineers and product engineers to develop, validate and manage technical requirements.
• You must be willing to travel up to 10% supporting multiple sites and multiple projects.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience working in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station and/or aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical expertise and understanding of project management principles.
