Wilmington Trust seeks an experienced Senior IS Automation Quality Control Analyst to design, develop and execute automated test scripts for Cash & Trading domain capabilities. You will ensure functional and non-functional coverage and work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software products for IS customers.

You will also oversee production support and post-production validation, collaborating with technology and operations to maintain stability across the Cash & Trading

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 6+ years combined experience.
• Minimum 2 years of software QA experience with desktop/web/API testing.
• Strong programming skills in one or more pertinent languages.
• Sound understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification is preferred.
• Experience with testing cloud-based applications and APIs is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and execute manual and automated test scripts for web, API, and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with Development teams to understand system architecture and translate requirements into test cases.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless test execution.
• Report defects clearly, verify fixes, and contribute to QA process improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis of test failures with the development team.
• Ensure sufficient test data setup and environment readiness for automation runs.
• Publish automation test execution status with traceability of coverage to stakeholders.
