M&T Bank Corporation in Clanton, Alabama is seeking a Senior IS Automation Quality Control Analyst to design, develop, and run automated tests for Cash & Trading domain capabilities, including daily client reporting and multi-format statements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into robust test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and help ensure production stability while adhering to risk and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years QA experience in desktop/web/API testing.
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages.
• Experience in automated test script development and QA tooling.
• Familiarity with agile/DevOps practices and defect tracking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and execute manual and automated test scripts for web, API, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure efficient test execution.
• Report defects clearly, verify fixes, and contribute to QA process improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis of test failures and ensure test data readiness.
