Positions at this level demonstrate full use and application of standard principles, theories, and concepts related to technical discipline and provide solution to a variety of moderately complex problems. Manage more complex projects, establish and implement new or revised system requirements or procedures. Analyze user requirements, develop and implement systems for moderately complex processes. Lead activities of project team, mentor and assists others in support of applications, projects, and goals. Initiate, coordinate or lead course correction to stay on schedule while providing professional support for a large multi-facility healthcare organization.

This position requires flexibility to work on-call shifts requiring availability to work the occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Functions:
Strong understanding of Windows Servers, Windows Web Services, along with other industry standard Web Services, protocols and message broker components
Demonstrated ability with use of PowerShell and other scripting tools
Advanced understanding of IP networking principles and methods
Analyze and understand the organization’s information systems requirements, business processes, and user needs. Design, develop, implement, document and support innovative and effective enterprise solutions to meet these requirements
Coordinate with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather system specifications and translate them into actionable technical requirements
Evaluate existing applications and propose enhancements, optimizations, or replacement solutions that follow Enterprise Application Integration lifecycle and meet business requirements
Applies standards, concepts and theories related to technical discipline to provide solutions to highly complex problems, while also mentoring less experienced staff in the use of these tools, techniques and analytical skills
Knowledgeable of application architecture with advanced skills in technical documentation of application system installations and highly complex system flows
Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical issues related to applications, working closely with end-users and IT support teams
Collaborates with peers to create and maintain standard team specific documentation
Competent in supporting the technical, operational, and application needs for highly complex application or several moderately complex applications from end-to-end
Plans and coordinates downtime, change management, maintenance, and upgrades. Performs capacity planning and vendor management
Perform rotational on-call responsibilities
Respond to urgent issues promptly to mitigate potential system impact
Maintain readiness to address unexpected challenges as they arise
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
7 or more years of Enterprise Business Application integration experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Within 90 days of hire: Epic certification (must be kept up to date)
Upon hire: Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations
4 or more years of Industry related Enterprise IT experience
