Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Manager, Clinical Supplies Systems to oversee IRT systems for its growing portfolio of studies. You will work with external IRT vendors, gather requirements, design the IRT system, and ensure on-time delivery and implementation across programs.

The role requires subject matter expertise in IRT-related integrations, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple options to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of clinical supply systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-based subject (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience with IRT, EDC, and clinical system integrations.
• Understanding of Cold Chain distribution and impact on IRT.
• Strong vendor relationship management and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage IRT systems for assigned programs with autonomy.
• Oversee IRT implementation project management and design.
• Lead UAT creation and documentation approvals; drive risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Data Management.
