Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Manager, Clinical Supplies Systems to oversee IRT systems across studies. You will work with external vendors, gather requirements, design IRT solutions, and ensure on-time delivery with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires a strong background in IRT, EDC, and clinical operations, with leadership to manage studies and mentor junior staff. A hybrid in-office model supports collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of clinical supply systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-based subject; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with IRT, EDC, and integration between clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage IRT Systems for assigned program(s) and studies with autonomy.
• Lead IRT implementation project management, requirements/design, UAT, and maintenance.
• Mentor Clinical Supply Systems Specialists as needed.
• Coordinate IRT support, data changes, and collaboration with Clinical Ops and Monitoring.
• Create UAT test cases and oversee documentation and risk assessments.
• Ensure SOP compliance and proper documentation in eTMF.
• Schedule projects, end-user training, and cross-functional meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to Clinical Ops, Biostatistics, and Data Management.
• Serve as IRT SME to Moderna departments.
• Possibly expand duties with experience.
