Warner’s Outdoor Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Irrigation Technician to join a dedicated team serving the greater Minneapolis–St. Paul and Hudson, WI areas. You will work on diverse irrigation projects, provide crew guidance, and help deliver exceptional customer service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Eligibility to obtain a DOT medical card.
• 5+ years of experience as an Irrigation Technician on residential and commercial properties.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform irrigation system startups and blowouts for residential and select commercial properties.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain irrigation systems for optimal performance.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members on irrigation services and best practices.
• Order and manage irrigation parts and materials for larger projects.
• Assist with landscape lighting installation and maintenance (preferred, not required).
• Conduct backflow testing (preferred, not required).
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance
• Provide training and guidance to crew members on irrigation services and best practices
• Order and manage irrigation parts and materials for larger projects
• Assist with landscape lighting installation and maintenance (preferred, not required)
• Conduct backflow testing (preferred, not required)
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months

Compensation

$32 – $38 per hour, depending on experience
