Job summary

Steadfast Alliance is seeking an Irrigation Manager to lead field teams and coordinate irrigation projects. You will oversee scheduling, supervision, and resource planning to deliver high-quality services for clients.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in irrigation or landscape services, strong knowledge of irrigation systems, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement. This is a full-time on-site position with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in irrigation/landscape services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based irrigation controllers and systems.
• Knowledge of plant material and horticultural best practices.
• Strong knowledge of conventional irrigation systems and 2-wire diagnostics.
• Customer service and client-focused.

• Strong knowledge and experience with Cloud-based and computerized Irrigation Controller systems
• Knowledge of plant material and horticultural best practices
• Strong knowledge of conventional irrigation systems and proficiency in 2-wire system diagnostics and repair
• Customer service and client-focused
